A lot of his lies make no sense. Doesn’t stop him from doing it.
Well what a clusterfuck this is turning out to be. Is there a master list of who’s tested positive so far?
If Trump dies his base doesn’t bother to go to the polls. He discouraged them from voting by mail. His base would now be faced with the fact that the pandemic is not a hoax and that if a high level meeting of republicans isn’t safe then neither is voting in person. They stay home with no leadership to guide them.
Just found this one. It says it’s being updated, but the positive tests are coming in very quickly. The list also shows the negative test results as well.
Here are the positive results on the list at this point.
Who has tested positive:
- President Donald Trump
- First lady Melania Trump
- Hope Hicks, senior advisor to the president
- Bill Stepien, Trump’s campaign manager
- Republican National Committee Chairwoman Ronna McDaniel
- Sen. Mike Lee, R-Utah
- Sen. Thom Tillis, R-North Carolina
- Sen. Ron Johnson, R-Wisconsin
- Three White House reporters
- One White House staffer
- Kellyanne Conway, former White House senior advisor
- The Rev. John Jenkins, president of Notre Dame University (Jenkins was at the White House Saturday, when Trump introduced Judge Amy Coney Barrett as his Supreme Court nominee. Barrett was a law professor at Notre Dame for 15 years before Trump nominated her to the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 7th Circuit.)
It’s a joke. No one really thinks RBG is arguing anything right now.
But if it needs to be mapped out: RBG, an attorney, presents the case before God to have the nomination to fill her seat stalled. God rules in her favor. God, who throughout the Bible cast down plagues and pestilence and pests upon his creation to punish and/or nudge his will upon his people, sends upon Republicans a plague as his judgement.
That test was used because it told them what they wanted to hear.
So if Trump dies, what happens to all the votes that have already been cast?
Suspiciously quiet if you ask me.
I’m wondering if the Rose Garden event will be like the recent Maine Wedding, where a handful of people got infected at the wedding and it lead to over 170+ cases and 7 deaths. It could even be worse, since the people at the Rose Garden regularly meet with lots of people who meet with lots of other people. I’m also wondering why it took so long for an outbreak to happen in Washington. Even without the Rose Garden gathering, these people interact with lots of people on a regular basis. I would have thought the virus would have easily made inroads into that community a lot sooner.
This thread has been talking about this for a couple days.
You know who pisses me off on that list – Jenkins. Fuck him, he’s the president of a university that has already had an outbreak, he knew damn well that protocols were being violated right and left and yet he still let himself be used a political prop.
Took me a second. Brilliant!
Absolutely. I’m an alum, and they made a big sanctimonious deal at their first football game about how “HERE we wear masks” and “HERE we socially distance”. ESPN ridiculously suggested that ND “saved college football”. And then that idiot goes and publicly flaunts himself with no mask in close confines with a bunch of other non-mask wearers. They suspended students for having a party off campus that spread a bunch of COVID. He should be ashamed of himself. He lives in a community with a lot of very elderly priests, too.
We just need a couple more republican senators to get it. They don’t need to get very sick, just enough that they can’t ram through a new supreme court justice.
Trump’s doctor is supposed to be updating the public at 11 am est on Sat. Oct. 3. It’s now over half an hour late. Good or bad sign?
They just started.
Thank you Munch.
You keep bringing the surrealness, @JohnT!
Sounds like for now he doing just fine. I’m glad to hear it (as much as I dislike the man). Hopefully he continues his course for the next couple of days and then gets trounced in a month.
We’ll see.
