TV shows we MUST have on DVD

Why is it I can go to Wal-Mart and find old shows like Hee Haw on DVD, but I can’t find Murphy Brown or WKRP?

Maybe they’re out there and just not available in my area. Maybe my Wal-Mart or Best Buy has something your local one doesn’t.

So let’s make a list and maybe match people up. I send you $20, you go buy my show and send it to me; I find yours, etc.

MB and WKRP are the only two I can think of so far. I’m sure I’ll think of more later.

The Adventures of Brisco County, Jr.
The Amazing Race
Duckman
Modern Marvels
Mythbusters (sorry, those cheap 1-episode platters from discovery.com don’t cut it!)

Whose Line Is It Anyway?

Moonlighting

NewsRadio (postponed indefinitely)

The Tick (animated)

Freakazoid

Newsradio

“Jimmy has fear? A thousand times no!”

Neither Murphy Brown nor WKRP in Cincinnati are available on DVD.

If I wanted a DVD that wasn’t available in my area, I’d purchase it online.

 • Ed
 • More Law and Order (We’re on what, season 15 now? Why are only two seasons available on DVD?)
 • Undeclared
 • American Dreams, the non-$70 edition

Andy Richter Controls the Universe

You can goherefor more info.

YES! Finally Magnium PI is out on DVD. I know where I’m going tonight, maybe anyway.

Can I please get more of The Larry Sanders Show besides season 1.

Season 1 was released in October 2002 and there have been no more :frowning: .

Seinfeld

My So-Called Life

A thousand times: MOONLIGHTING, FRANK’S PLACE, GET A LIFE, MTV’s LIQUID TELEVISION and THE A-TEAM.

Night Court

Powerpuff Girls in full-season sets

A “Season 2-4 supplemental set” for South Park, for us fans who bought the stupid themed DVDs as soon as they came out, because we didn’t think the same episodes would be released in another, more complete format.

I hear The Greatest American Hero is coming out within the next year. I am pleased.

My So-Called Life is already available on DVD. Same for The A-Team

The Facts of Life (It had better be all nine seasons and the two movie specials)
Birds of Prey
Crusade (Oh, wait, I can pre-order…)
Cold Case
NYPD Blue (Seasons 3-7)
Charlies Angels Seasons 3-5)
Rhoda

I second (fourth, whatever) Murphy Brown.

Oh my god Sailor Moon S is out!

Is this thread being brought to you by the recent release of…SLEDGE HAMMER ?

I vote for Newsradio too.

And Parker Lewis Can’t Lose

Night Court.

Golden Girls (yes, seriously.)

Real Sex, Shock Video and a few other HBO specials.

How about My Mother, The Car ?
I mean, just to know, y’know?

It turns out that Get A Life is on DVD, too. Who’d a thunkit?
