I knew who you were. I thought you looked lovely and very chic and regretted that you were sitting farther down the table on the same side, making it nearly impossible to communicate. I came down for a minute, but then another course was served, and I moved back.
I’m sad I missed it. Looks like a fun time.
I did not get as drunk as I look in the photo. That afternoon.

Shodan
It’s only appropriate that I should kill this thread, eh, fisha?
Don’t even try it, buddy boy.
There’s better places than this for our feud.
Hey, you could of made it, Detroit is only like 12 hours away. Recluse.
It was fun actually meeting everybody! At least, the ones I did. With us all stretched out along that table, and 4-6 conversations going on at once, it was tough. And we are certainly not a quiet, shy bunch.
I ate way too much, and suffered for it that evening. Went home, and just wanted to lay around (but actually went online eventually!).
Coincidentally, found out that Spiderwoman and I had worked together on helping military veterans, me from Minneapolis, and her from up at St. Cloud. Glad to see her son Zach is doing so well after his accident. Wonder what he thought of hanging out with all us old, geeky people?
Parked on the wrong side, and had to walk all thru that mall looking for the restaurant. Crazily crowded, with people seemingly desperate to do their shopping. For Christmas!! And quite willing to run over anyone who doesn’t get out of their way. Confirmed again why I can’t stand being in shopping malls. I live a couple miles away from the Mall of America, and I think I’ve been inside all of 3 times.
Was a very fun afternoon. We should do it again sometime.
