I disagree. What about the ones that do not handle their tasks artfully? I have seen–and I am not going to link to it here–some remarkably ugly tops meant to display certain physical attributes of some remarkably-attractive women.
Since I’m always embarrassed when people comment on my looks (in particular my hair), I tend not to say anything about anyone else’s. A former office mate started growing out his beard in a Grizzly Adams style, and everyone who came into our office felt the need to say something. Our boss even ribbed him about it. Eventually, I think dealing with all of that made him cut it. I felt a little sad for him, because I liked his scraggly beard. I don’t think he was prepared for dealing with unsolicited responses, because otherwise he had a conventional look.
