Unable to orgasm during sex

Isn’t this Bambro’s whole problem? :stuck_out_tongue:

What else do you think he’s doing at the same time?

“Go! Run, run run! TOUCHDOWN!!!”

Heh.

I feel for you as I suffer from anorgasmia as well. Mine is related to chronic use of opiod medication (morphine). This seems to be a side effect of the pain relief. Unfortunately there really isn’t any medical treatment options available. I brought it up to my doctor in a very uncomfortable discussion. Luckily my wife went with me so it made it a bit easier.

And in my case it is like pure torture. Because of the long term pain med use I now must do TRT (testosterone replacement therapy, long term use of pain meds kill your testosterone production). Because I am on TRT my sex drive is higher than it was when I was 17. My wife is very understanding and it isn’t unusual for us to have sex 5 to 6 nights a week. I never thought at 45 this would be the case. I can orgasm, I just have a difficult time doing so. There is no such thing as a “quickie” in my world. Sex can and usually does take between 1 to 2 hours before I am able to orgasm.

I don’t like sharing this story on a public forum, but am doing so to tell you that you aren’t alone with this problem. The only suggestions I can make to you is to keep your attitude up, be understanding to your partner. Meaning that when the 2 hour mark is coming up, it may be best to “throw in the towel” instead of trying to continue. What has gotten me through this is a very supportive and understanding wife.

I recently read an article that a Canadian drug maker is announcing a new drug for the treatment of anorgasmia. It is a nasal spray and is geared toward women. I will be mentioning it to my doctor next visit. Even though it is geared toward women, the mechanics of an orgasm are quite similiar so possibly this can be of help to those of us who suffer from it.
