NOW I’m unemployed - first time in 3 years.
I’ve forgotton how to do the whole getting a job thing.
That’s it.
I’m not looking for advice or anything. But if you want, tell me your unemployment tales - what did you do with the time?
I wasn’t allowed to work for six months, and it took me a couple more after that to find gainful employment (apparently I may have been a threat to U.S. national security). I ended up touring my city, going to museums and such, starting to learn spanish, and studying the U.S. political structure.
I spent a lot of time at the shooting range (.22’s are cheap entertainment), occupy yourself or you will spend money or dwell on unemployment and get depressed.

I spent a lot of time outside, read a lot and got really, really good at Sonic the Hedgehog. Since I had a fair amount of money built up, I looked at it as a sort of well-deserved vacation.
