[li]Pee-wee Herman - Much as I’ve always adored Betty White, Pee-wee wins this in a walk for the combined awesomeness of his HBO comedy special The Pee-wee Herman Show, Pee-wee’s Playhouse, and, of course, the Tim Burton directed Pee-wee’s Big Adventure, which is among my top ten favorite comedies of all time.[/li][li]Betty White - As I said, I’ve loved her since I first saw her in The Mary Tyler Moore Show, and I’ve loved everything she’s done since.[/li][li]Anderson Cooper - What little I’ve seen of Anderson Cooper 360° I’ve enjoyed, and he seems like a genuinely likable, reasonably well informed guy. And if he wants to remain in the closet, that’s his business.[/li][li]Oprah Winfrey - Yes, she can annoy me to no end, but she actually is a pretty damn good interviewer, and she’s used her gargantuan celebrity and influence to do some genuine good for society. But what she’s best at, of course, furthering her own career/brand, and that does get frightfully tiresome quite often. And if she wants to remain in the closet, that’s her business.[/li][li]Ashton Kutcher - Personally, I can hardly stand the guy, and his acting output is almost exclusively pure shit. But he did successfully re-brand Candid Camera for the aughts, and it was actually fairly watchable.[/li][li]Pauly Shore - A less successful, more annoying version of Ashton Kutcher.[/li][li]Kim Kardashian - A more fuckable (to my eye) version of the execrable Paris Hilton. based on their contribution to my entertainment, even though their total entertainment time is probably less than 5 hours - one movie and a few random bits of TV shows. In fact I have seen more of Pauly Shore because my kids liked his stuff but none of it was watchable.
