Need suggestions on how to proceed. Need to print a couple of pictures to send MD. Walmart failed and we have failed.

Can you e-mail the photo to yourself from your phone or message it to someone with a more cooperative phone?

I have an LG phone (not a smartphone) and that’s how I do it. Send message just like a regular text message, but in the recipient field put an email address instead of a phone number.

I keep my gmail address as my #1 contact under “favorites” so I can quickly email shots to myself.

Does the phone have bluetooth? If so, you should be able to use that to transfer the photo directly to another phone, or a bluetooth-equipped computer.
