Watch two old men dramatically re-enact a YouTube comment girl fight

With ominous background music and foreboding distant thunderstorm, two old men reconstruct a silly internet slap-fight - making it fancier and therefore even sillier.

It’s called Youtube Comment Reconstruction #1, which I hope means we’ll be hearing a lot more from this Statler and Waldorf duo.

Heh. Excellent.

HA! That is awesome! You forgot to mention they have British accents, which makes it even more dramatic.

Shows what two shakespearean trained actors can do with drivel!

Love it!

LOL
WTF
OMG

12/12 angry men

I love those commercials. Beats the fuck out of cavemen and lizards.

Huh, I thought from the title that this was about
those James Earle Jones/Malcolm MacDowell SPRINT ads that I can’t stand. (I suspect aruvqan did, too, and didn’t click on the link)

Umm, old???

Hrmpf. They aren’t much older than I am, and I’M not old.

Agreed, that was hilarious.

For some reason we don’t get many Sprint ads here in Thailand.

Okay fine. OldER men.

Me too. And this is why some people think all Brit men are gay. No straight USers would talk that way.

I have seen 3 or 4 different ones - the one about the tickets, a couple about friending [that one is the first one I saw, it is really cute] and this one which is the he’s gay one.

And as I said, compared to cave men, gekkos and that ass Flo …

Awesome. Reminds me of the dialogue from Jersey Shore, done in the style of Oscar Wilde, that was making the rounds a while back.

Everything about that video is just top-notch – the lighting, the direction, the cinematography and especially the acting. But they really should fire the scriptwriter.

I think you are confused, the video in the OP is NOT a SPRINT ad. It’s just a video someone made and does not have Malcolm McDowell and James Earl Jones in it.

Yes – even after my post Aruvqan still didn’t get it, apparently, and still hasn’t clicked on the link.

Must be a direction hater.

What part of 3 or 4 different ones is incomprehensible? It doesn’t matter, they are all ‘cultured actor reads facebook postings’ format youtube postings. I saw one where they were arguing about some guy being gay [musician?], an argument about asking for tickets in a facebook posting instead of personal message, and one with James Earl Jones and someone else X wants to be a friend, friend. Y wants to be friend, friend, Z wants to be friend … silence.

So, I have seen them, OK. Sheesh.

The point being made above is that they aren’t ads, which you stuck to in your post about “3 or 4 different ones”.

Look, nobody likes to admit they were wrong about something before watching it, but lighten up.
