Watcha Playing

If you all playing Oblivion have a good gaming PC, get it for PC. Better graphics, plus lots of mods. One of the first mods I install makes the trees much bigger and realistic, it’s very impressive. You can also get mundane mods like plants disappearing when you harvest them.

About halfway (51.76% IIRC) through GTA IV on the 360. I’m taking it slowly - I try to do only 1 or 2 main missions per session, and spend the rest of the time goofing off. Last night was the “Heat”-inspired bank robbery. That was awesome.

I’m switching between Zelda: Twilight Princess and Super Mario Galaxy on the Wii and have Paper Mario and Metroid 3: Whatever on the way.

On the PC I am back to obsessing over Diablo 2: LOD. I’ve been thinking of hauling out Guild Wars and playing a little of that, too. I’ll have to survive on old games until Diablo III comes out, because I don’t see anything else interesting on the horizon for the PC.

On my PS2, I really should pick up where I left witjh Kingdom Hearts II as well as FF XII. Not even to mention DQ VIII
On my PSP I should pick up Lego Indiana Jones and God of War:Chains of Olympus

That’s the way I did it, although I quit for a week or two and then finished the last several missions quickly.

I had to play through that bank robbery mission several times, started getting frustrating because it was so long.

Soul Calibur IV!!! playing as the apprentice from the upcoming force unleashed game is pure sexyness. On the PC i’ve been playing the warhammer online beta, im not entirely sold on it yet.

Oh man, I have so many games backlogged right now. :frowning:

I’m on the third part of the final chapter of Fire Emblem for the Wii.
I just got the first ship upgrade in Metroid Prime 3.

I just started Odin Sphere and Killer 7 for the PS2.
I also just acquired Okami, which I rented about 3 months ago and didn’t finish when I rented it, so I’ll have to finish that up as well.

I also play Dynasty Warriors/Samurai Warriors/Rock Band with friends.

Civ 4 Warlords
Temple of Elemental Evil
Colonization*
*ready for the relaunch in September

Alpha Centauri

Dawn of War - I highly recommend some of the mods that add new races like the Tyranids and Daemonhunters, they’re top notch.

I just bought Guild Wars yesterday, love it. The PvP is much better than WoWs.

WoW
LOTRO
I have a few more MMORPG’s but their in idle until my desktop is hooked up (hint for SO to make room for me in his office area)

Soon to be starting Munchkin & Uno for family game night.

I’m also guilty of playing Euchre, Family Fued, Hearts, & Backgammon online.

Spore Creature Creator is already consuming hours of my life. When the full game is released I’ll be in full hermit mode. I have been playing Antbusters! and, this is embarrassing, Mobsters on Myspace. I’m still playing Guitar Hero every so often, but I need to be playing No More Heroes and Mario Kart Wii.

I’ve been playing FreeCol ever since it was announced in this forum last week.

And of course my usual MMO addiction, Puzzle Pirates.

I played WoW a lot this summer but the sub has run out and my son (another addict) and I have agreed to not re-up, what with school starting and all, at least for a while.

Still have some parts of the Half-Life left from my Orange Box to play, to fill the WoW void.

I’m also playing OCS Case Blue (a very large wargame) on-line using Vassal.

Are you playing one of the giant scenarios or a smaller one? You guys who can play the monster games impress me; I just don’t have the patience for it.

I’ve tried to use Vassal in the past mainly for Twilight Struggle and wasn’t satisfied with the interface and wound up playing a bit on wargameroom.com. I’ve been told that it can come down to module coding so are you finding the interface decent?

Neverwinter Nights 2 on the PC. I haven’t enjoyed a CRPG so much since Baldur’s Gate.

I’m about to play my very first game of *Blood Bowl * this weekend! I’ve heard so much about the greatness of this game over the years but never got around to trying it myself. Yay!
