Hey, all. I’ve just recently moved to Boston (which is the reason I haven’t been on the boards in, like, forever- thread forthcoming just as soon as I can get internet access in my apartment), so as far as BoDope, I’m 'bout it 'bout it. Do we have a more specific location than “Quincy Market?” I’ll recognize some of you, but that will do me no good if the people I’ve met aren’t there yet. Or something.

Pfft. I move cross-country just to be close to you East Coast Dopers, and you reward me by leaving my name off the “Coming” list. Pfft, I say! 
I’ll be there. WickedBlue and I will be arriving together I believe; I get to navigate. (ROFL, me navigate! I can get lost in a paper bag, but don’t tell her that.)
So let’s firm up a place at Quincy Market to meet… I don’t know Quincy Market well enough to come up with one off the top of my head, but someone will I’m sure.
Unfortunately, it looks like I’m not going to be able to make it. 
I have a huge paper due Monday and a definite lack of funds. Gosh darn it, I was really looking forward to meeting y’all, too.

Of course, you will be able to spot me 'cause I’ll be the only one with a blindingly reflective head. Plus, I’ll be with the guy with the goat.
That’s it: tin foil helmets. As long as we all have them on, we don’t need to find a specific place to meet. Just show up at Quincy Market at 1pm and look for others wearing tin foil helmets (most likely we won’t even have to look; the foil in the helmet will direct us to other helmets). Eonwe and I are going to Boston on Friday afternoon and staying through the concert on Saturday. Anyone looking for time to kill Fri night/Sat morning? Maybe hit a cafe in Little Italy for Sat breakfast? Looking forward to a fun weekend, see y’all there.

As much as I like the idea of tin-foil helmets, I don’t want to wear it all the way on my train ride. Maybe just one person should wear the tinfoil helmet, or meet in the middle of that big market place, right next to the stairs that lead to the comedy connection. That’s pretty good.
If anyone actually does show up in a tinfoil hat I’ll buy you a drink.

Oh, quietgirl and I are dragging along one or two friends. One of our best buds lives in Boston, and we simply must take the time to see her.
