I don’t know how they do it here, but I remember when I got recruited to be a chat host back in the AOL SD days. All it took was a photo of Tuba, CK, Zotti, and my mother all together, with Mom holding a copy of that day’s newspaper.

It’s simple really. All they have to do is find someone willing to accept all the abuse that comes with the position. The pay is really good though, as they make the big bucks. Almost as much as Tuba. Of course, you get benefits. 3 weeks paid vacation, paid medical leave, pregnancy benefits, and you get your name, address and phone number published in the Chicago Reader’s annual swimsuit edition.
