Actually have you ever had an Ice Cream float? If the ice cream melts it really is similar to milk and Pepsi (or Coke). The thing is you have to use WHOLE milk, even 2% milk won’t taste good.
To me it’s like a float that has melted

Anyone here eat a Peanut Butter and Potato Chip Sandwich. Or a Peanut Butter and Olive Sandwich?
I ask 'cause I read the “Stephanie Plum” books by Janet Evanovich, the lead character Stephanie eats those kinds of sandwiches.
I like fries with ketchup and mayo.
And I like hot dogs with ketchup, mayo, and relish. I’m not sure how many laws I’m breaking. Fuck it. I’m not hurting anybody but myself.
And my kid likes Farmer John sausage links with maple syrup on the side for dipping.
Which sort of approximates Thousand Island dressing.
Are eggs with tomatoes weird enough?
Well, I like potted meat, cream cheese, and popcorn together. Does bacon candy count all by itself? I was thinking about using it as part of a topping for apple streusel cake.
I’ve recently remembered that I also like Americone Dream ice cream with bacon. Does that count as weird? Or does bacon’s magical power make it all fine?
Also, roast beef and ligonberry jam is good together.
Peanut butter and hot sauce spread on white bread. The Peanut Butter Company makes Hot Peanut Butter, along with Cinnamon, Chocolate, etc. … I don’t know how weird this is, but my uber comfort food, the one thing that I can eat in times of great crisis, is macaroni mixed with butter, ketchup, garlic powder, and maybe some parmesan cheese. Washed down with chocolate milk.
I haven’t done this for a long time, but I used to LOVE those really hard sourdough pretzles… I’d take a bite and then take a drink of orange juice and hold it tighther in my mough till the pretzle softened… mmm… that sounds REALLY good to me again…
And I have neither sourdough pretzles OR orange juice in the house…
I wouldn’t normally have thought of these as things that go together, but if you go to a fish n chips type of place and you are putting the vinegar on the fish, and then some gets on the fries too…
Anyway for anyone under the illusion that two great tastes must taste great together, be warned! Fruity Pebbles and A-1 sauce do not, repeat DO NOT go well together.
Like Lucky13 I like both ketchup and Mayo. I sometimes have a dip of one, sometimes a dip of the other, and mostly mix.
I thought it’d be disgusting until I heard about it in the movie Pulp Fiction, I was watching it with a friend from the Czech Republic in college and was immediately grossed out. He said it was common and I should try it. I gave it a shot the next time I was at the dining hall for dinner and I loved it.
Mine isn’t too weird but I love eating hot buttered popcorn and hot tamales (the candy) all mixed up. Also, I have a friend who enjoys sprinkling chicken flavored seasoning from ramen noodles on her popcorn but I can’t bring myself to try it.
Corn flakes with nacho cheese is also pretty tasty. When I was a kid I liked to pour myself a bowl of milk and sugar.
I like peanut butter and mustard sandwiches
Not overly weird, but I like to add a layer of Rice Crispies to my PB & J sandwiches.
I invented it because my kids won’t touch crunchy PB (must be their father’s PB gene), so I doesn’t pay for me to buy anything but Creamy. I soon tired of mushy PB & J’s, and the PBJ&RC was born. Yum.
One thing I’ve always liked is;
Whole sardines in bean with bacon soup.
It tastes great and there’s a nice colour contrast between the sardines and the soup.
I wonder - would ketchup, mayo, and relish be Big Mac sauce? Because I’ve tried to make Big Macs at home with Thousand Island and it’s not quite right.
