This seems like an awful meager item to pit someone over. It might be chosen to be ironically humorous. And I don’t mean ironically humorous about the board shutdown. Someone just joining may not even be aware that happened. Of course, it’s best to go ahead and assume the worst about someone without having any real context to lend weight to that assumption.
The person may indeed be a troll of some sort. But I’ll wait until I see a troll-like action before attacking.

I’m guessing that the name is elite speak for “elite hacker”, though I have no idea what the first half of this sentence means.
With the cryptic username and user id number 20 000, I think we have a high whoosh factor going. I just hope someone lets us in on the joke.
