Here’s your chance to show off your prognostication skills. Use any resources at your disposal to predict how much snowfall we get in Boston from the time it starts 'till the time it ends.
Talk around the water cooler is we’re getting a foot or more, though Boston.com is forecasting 4 inches, then sleet, then freezing rain (gotta love Boston).
So take a guess. Whoever guesses closest to the actual snowfall total without going over gets a free 2007 Cadillac Escalade*!
*All right, that’s a lie. The actual prize is Bragging Rights
I’d prefer bragging rights to a Cadillac Escalade any day, unless I could just take the cash value of the Escalade. Why would I want a car that says, “I am an arrogant boor”?
I predict that you get six inches, with a nice glaze on top.
A quarter of the price of a new Escalade, 100 times the character, and 1,000 times the balls. That’s a vehicle that I’d want in the war against Old Man Winter.

Well, we got a few inches of snow (less than 6, though, Sunspace), then sleet, freezing rain, rain, then it got really cold.
So There’s about 2 inches of rock-hard ice covering everything that hasn’t been plowed, shoveled sanded and salted. Good times.

So, I guess I was right about the “nice glaze”?
