I’m sorry to hear about SO, tarra.
Disaster (no matter the type) on Easter reminds me that 5 years ago on Easter, it rained like [del]a mother[/del] hell and we ended up with massive water damage to the DR (ceiling and one outer wall)–all due to a few shingles that had blown off. Upside is that we (finally) got the new kitchen (insurance paid for the DR, but it’s cheaper to pay a plasterer for 2 rooms than for one–who knew?).
It’s raining like [del] a mother[/del] hell right now as well. Eek.
Thanks for the link, Rosie–I dint know abott dat site. (I’m practicing my Jer–excuse me–Joisey–accent for kicks).
Just watched a fascinating special on PBS all about Alexander Hamilton. He was one cool dude–but fatally flawed. I do wish we had a monument to him in DC, though. And Curses Upon You, Aaron Burr!
We are moving furniture into my library tomorrow–busy day planned.
Sorry to read about your Ben, Herbs. I’ll keep the both of you in my thoughts.
We’ve just returned from MiL’s place. We had a nice dinner and chat, and now I’m girding myself for work tomorrow.
**gt, **I have AT&T too. Neither my husband or I require that kind of phone for work, so I’m not going to pay extra for the data plan. Hell, they already get close to 170 bucks a month from me as it. I know, I know, some people pay way more, but as I said before, I’m incredibly cheap.
