Another thing to consider is that some sexual dreams result in retrograde ejaculations, that is, with the sphincter clamped down, the semen goes into the bladder.
I never had one until I was 29, and I don’t think I ever had another one, but I can’t remember for sure. I was traveling at the time, and there were four of us sleeping in the same room, and one of the girls said she knew I had it, but she didn’t explain how she knew.
I don’t think I have ever had a sexual dream much less a wet dream. I have had many many romantic dreams that have led to kissing but I am not aware of any sexual dreams. I always thought it a bid odd as I have a high sex drive even at 65.
I have it on good authority that they do. Some even have one at least once a month.
There doesn’t seem to be much knowledge on the topic of female ejaculation*, but some women (not sure how many) do sometimes get sexually excited during sleep.

Are you guys differentiating between sex dreams and wet dreams, which are nocturnal emissions? A sex dream by itself has nothing to do with anything, but an actual nocturnal emission is something else entirely. The only time I’ve had these was in the hospital following surgery, when I didn’t have my usual release. And I woke up immediately.

Weird shit happens in dreams. I can imagine having a sex dream involving someone I wouldn’t find appealing in waking life. (I’m blissfully ignorant of Ms. Cyrus, due to my carefully cultivated hermit-like lifestyle, so I can’t comment as to her in particular.)
I’ll cop to never having had a wet one either; dry sexytimes dreams are rare for me, but they do happen. I discovered the joy of masturbation shortly before puberty, though, so I was taking an active role in keeping the pressure in the pipes properly regulated even before the pumps were turned on.
