BTW, in Babylon 5 there were two very brief glimpses of Centauri male anatomy. One was at a card came, where Londo attempted to cheat. His hands were in full view, but one of his “tentacles” was used to tried and substitute a card. And once, when Londo was poisioned, and was rushed into an ER, they ripped off his coat and there was a flash of one side of his chest, where you saw a glimpse of a couple of his organs.

I would go for Ayeka myself, but as to Sasami, at least in the OAV version she spent a couple hundred years in cold sleep, so she is technically over the age of consent . . . - or just wait a couple of years.
