We have a company team, but our department is Hotel housekeeping. What are some clever names we could use for our team?
The Clean Sweeps
Who bats clean-up?
Reported for forum change.
This looks like a winner…certainly better than my initial thoughts:
The Bed Bugs
The Dust Mites
Clean Sweeps for sure. That was the first thing that came to mind.
Moderator Action
Off to IMHO (from GQ).
The Drain Snakes.
I was thinking the Clean-up Hitters.
If the team is horrible you could always go with Vacuum Runners, because they suck.
Clean Sweep is just perfect, props to Alpha Twit. My only suggestion would be to make it singular instead of plural; “Clean Sweep” vs. “The Clean Sweeps”
Many thanks.
I can flow with that.
The Dust Busters
The Clean Up Crew
Maid to Win
Batting Clean Up
Nature Abhors
Clean Your Clock
Sam and Dave
A Surfeit of Yellow
The Bishop!
The Dust Bunnies.
The Mop Tops.
The Hoovervillians. Or maybe Hoovervillains.
Humbly, The Scrubs.
The Blazing Mops?
The Hazels (“Shirley Booth strikes out Babe Ruth”)
The Alices (“Home plate’s behind the oven”)
The Helgas (“Ya gotta move the tree, to get to Base Three!”)
Hazels Hitters
Diamond Dusters
Take it to the Housekeepers
Shoot, I was going to post that and luckily took the time to read the thread first.
Problem is, “Take it to” usually means “beat badly.” i.e., “Clemson really took it to Alabama last night; they beat Bama 44-16.”
