What Are The Next 5 Movies In Your Netflix Queue?

Mine are:
Four Brothers

Happy Endings

Transamerica

Entourage: Season 2: Disc 1

Entourage: Season 2: Disc 2

Give it up, what’s in your queue?

The three I have at home, yet to be watched, are:

**Finding Neverland
Crash
The Straight Story

**The next two in the queue are:

Silkwood
Bananas

Nickolas Nickleby
The Mayor of Casterbridge
Pride and Prejudice
Carnival of Souls
The Motorcycle Diaries

And thanks for this thread, because it reminded me to take Janosik: Highland Robber out of the queue. Who recommended that? The guy has a nice body, but I could only stand about 10 minutes of the story. Terrible music, grainy transfer, and a “hero” who runs like a girl and slouches? Nuh uh.

John Cleese on How To Irritate People
Lost: Season 1 Disc 2
It’s A Mad, Mad, Mad, Mad World
Ghostbusters
Sweeney Todd

I signed up for Netflix on Friday. If you count the first three they’re sending, it’s:

Scotland, PA
His Girl Friday
The Wicker Man
The Man with the Golden Gun
Metropolis

Human Nature
Flight of the Intruder
Ichi the Killer
Guinea Pig: Devil’s Experiment
Kon-Tiki

That’s not the weirdest collection of five on the whole list, but it is the first.

Sopranos S5 (Discs 1-4)
Being There
Blood Simple
12 Monkeys
Dr. Zhivago

I have Babylon 5 :season 1; disc 1 and Endgame heading here this week. The next three are :

  1. Match Point
  2. Burns and Allen Collection: disc 3
  3. Adam and Steve

Sopranos S1D2
Dawn of the Dead
Curb Your Enthusiasm S5D1
Curb Your Enthusiasm S5D2
Townes Van Zandt: Houston 1988

For me:

Syriana
The Pianist
We Were Soldiers
Lost in Translation
The Virgin Suicides

I am going to spend the rest of my life catching up on movies. And I guess that’s not such a bad thing.

Six Feet Under: Season 2: disk 5
Game 6
Gozu
Bubble
The Dick Cavett Show: Rock Icons: Disc 2
(Now if you excuse me, I’m going to move “Saw 2” back to position 4)

the original Wicker Man
Re-Animator
Rocketship XM
Boondock Saints
Twelfth Night

And the whole second and final season of Carnivale.

Tank Girl
Fight Club: Bonus Material
The Who: Live at the Isle of Wight
The Bob Newhart Show: Season 1: Disc 1
Farewell My Concubine

Currently at home:
Six Feet Under: Season 2: Disc 1
Vietnam: A Television History: Disc 1
Transamerica

House, M.D. - Season 2, disc 1
House, M.D. - Season 2, disc 2
House, M.D. - Season 2, disc 3
House, M.D. - Season 2, disc 4
House, M.D. - Season 2, disc 5

Yep, no variety whatsoever.

Sarah Silverman: Jesus is Magic
Inside Man
What Ever Happened to Baby Jane?
Enron: The Smartest Guys in the Room
The Third Man

The two on hand that I haven’t gotten around to watching yet:
Cache (Hidden)
Shaun of the Dead

Wow, that’s surprisingly unembarassing. A few months ago you would have seen Britney & Kevin: Chaotic on there. Yipes.

Hmm well as per the OP the top 5 movies are:
Amelie
Ghost Dog: Way of the Samurai, The <Long wait>
9 Songs
Taxi Driver
Antonia’s Line

The top 5 entries are:
Amelie
Talking Heads - Disc 1 <Possible long wait>
Talking Heads - Disc 2 <Possible long wait>
Talking Heads - Disc 3 <Possible long wait>
Ghost Dog: Way of the Samurai, The <Long wait>

Yes, there hasn’t been much change at the top for a long time …

Let’s see:

L’Enfant
Yimou Zhang’s Not One Less
Rainer Werner Fassbinder’s Fear of Fear
the western The River’s Edge
and…

I Zombie

Well, since we just finished the last of the Sports Night DVDs at midnight last night (Waah! No more Sports Night EVER!!!), my entries are now:

**Highlander: Season 5: Disc 7

Kiss Kiss Bang Bang

Weeds: Season 1: Disc 1

Weeds: Season 1: Disc 2**

Capote

But my husband is constantly moving around the cue without telling me, so I never know what we’re going to get. I’m lobbying for The Muppet Show: Season 1: Disc 1, but I don’t think I’m winning.

Homicide: Season 3. Volumes 2 through 6.

I missed the show on its first run; the Sleuth Network has been showing the same dozen episodes over & over. At last, I’ll see them all in order. And without commercials.

How refreshing to see a “cop” show without ultra-pretty people solving crimes ultra-slickly. Without gunfights & car chases. (Although I understand that the cast was “prettified” as the seasons progressed.)

Sharpe 15: Sharpe’s Challenge (releases Sept 5)
Six Feet Under: Season 4: Disc 4
Six Feet Under: Season 4: Disc 5
John Cleese’s Wine for the Confused
Horatio Hornblower: Disc 3
