Is one that can eat an entire White Castle hamburger and say, “I can go for another one.” The very concept of a woman enjoying a White Castle hamburger reflects her depth, flexibility, and risk-taking abilities. Marry this woman!!
Chance got it right - move him to the head of the class. If a woman has self-confidence, everything else will take care of itself.

So shy women are SOL?
She’s got to be interested in me. Which (to my great regret)immediately drops the vast majority of women on this planet from ideal status.
She’s got to be available. This one covers current relationship status, irreconcilable differences, and proximity.
Now that I’ve established the bare minimums to ensure that there’s a chance of an actual relationship and not some situation involving adultery, pining away, or stalking, here’s some other things I’m looking for: beauty, carnality, empathy, grace, humor, intelligence, loyalty, maturity, rationality, self-confidence, wittiness. And I prefer brunettes.
So…a woman stupid enough to pick up something that doesn’t want to be picked up by humankind is good?

The three things I admire and seek out in the men I date are sense of humor, intelligence, and confidence. I believe I bring these qualities to my relationships.
I also like dark-haired men who dig brunettes, but I’m really flexible. 
I say that seriously. Crazy in both the good sense(Spontaneous, unusual, etc) and the bad(may actually stalk you if you break up, pyromaniac, finds Russiamn roulette sexually arousing etc). Frightening, is I think more obvious and more commonly sought. Scary Spice comes to mind. Jessica Alba’s character on Dark Angel is a good example. Grace Jones is the epitome of this quality. She could bring you to heights of ecstasy unknown to mortal men, or she could kill you with her bare hands.
I also look for spiriuality, inteligence, generosity, and for me the ideal woman must be Jewish.
Patience, cleverness, humor, playfulness, confidence, and courage are all good things. It’s a strong benefit if she’s also in possession of a kinky streak–though that tends to go hand-in-hand with playfulness and confidence, in my experience.
