You’re home from the bars, it’s too late / you don’t want to order food, what are your favorite late-night fridge-and-pantry-raiding drunken snacks?
One of my favorites:

[li]Find potato - odds are strangely good that you’ll have some.[/li][li]Peel potato[/li][li]Slice onto plate[/li][li]Rigorously salt and pepper[/li][li]Eat[/li][li]Fall asleep on couch with TV blaring The Good, The Bad, The Ugly DVD[/li][li]Wake up to wife demanding that peeled potato rinds be picked up off counter/sink/floor.[/li][/ul]
Honorable mentions:

[li]Can of tuna[/li][li]Raw macaroni noodles[/li][li]Crucial ingredient for wife’s yet-to-be-made potluck dish for her work party the next day[/li][/ul]
Hash Browns w/ grated cheese, bacon, toast w/ jelly, eggs, and a half gallon of ice cold Orange Juice, then a collapse into slumber for about 12 hours.
Taco Bell while stumbling back to my friend’s place to crash. You just mention Taco Bell to my drunken posse and it’s like you waived Britnay Spears in front of a frat-house. In lieu of the Bell, undercooked spagetti with sause.
Anything crunchy and salty, 'cause sweet stuff with alcohol is almost guaranteed to make you puke. Personally, I’m a big fan of several different bags of flavored Doritos.
FWIW, my mother and sister both liked raw potatoes.

I like to make bouvcorn; ‘bouvcorn’ being the name bestowed upon the corn I make by my friends. It’s nothing special, just corn made on the stove. A little vegetable oil (I would use corn or olive oil…but they are more pricey so I generally don’t have any.) Put a few (like four) kernels in oil. When those four have popped, add rest of corn. Constantly shake pot as corn pops (be sure to have a lid on that, as well.) Transfer contents to bowl, lightly salt, enjoy!
No butter is required, as the oil provides a lot of flavor (hence why corn and olive are more desirable.)
I also like to make ‘cheesy hot snack.’ Take a plate, cover with one layer of saltines. Spread grated cheese on crackers, add hot sauce to top of crackers (amount and type depends on your limits.) Nuke for about 30 seconds, enjoy!
I tend to WANT to eat pasta, but the inevitable tomato-based sauce tends to make my belly unhappy. I had a burritto the other night, and it hit the spot. Mmmm.
