Marge and Manjula from the Simpsons are both really hot. And even though I’m not big on Family Guy, I admit Bonnie is quite attractive (she and Joe have a son together). While I don’t find Lois exceptionally attractive, her own mum Babs is pretty good-looking for an old woman. And Donna from The Cleveland Show is pretty good-looking too, although I think technically she’s a stepmother (but I’m sure stepmothers still count).
There’s even quite a few on kids’ cartoons. Look up the mum from Dexter’s Laboratory. She’s got some of the most formative hips of any cartoon woman. Charlotte, Angelica’s mum on Rugrats, is also pretty hot (though only on Rugrats - in the spinoff All Grown Up, she appears to have gotten a facelift).
It’s hard to say with Disney, since they love their dead mums. But Pixar has some - look at Queen Elinor in Brave. She’s really pretty (and it contrasts with her goofy-looking husband).
And of course anime is full of them. Pokemon has plenty - Ash’s mum is hot. Dawn and May also have hot mums (and in May’s case, both of her parents are hot). For some reason, anime loves to draw women well into their forties as being attractive. Once they hit fifty, though, they start looking old.

Well, it’s never been told if they are Moms or not, but I have a hankerin’ for Miss Piggy and Peg from Lady and the Tramp.

Kenny’s mom probably has a few tricks up her sleeve, as long as disease transmission is not a concern.
Actually, in 1968 they made Martha and Jonathan Kent much younger (they had a special story about it)*, and she didn’t look bad. Not to mention that she’s younger even before that in flashbacks to when Kal-el’s ship crashes down.
I suspect this was a bit of universe-tweaking to make Superboy’s parents seem more relatable and relevant – looking more like Kal’s parents than his grandparents
