What did you have for breakfast?

Marie Callender Cheddar Biscuit with Sausage, Egg & Cheddar

The best of the frozen sausage, egg and cheese biscuits I’ve had. Looks extremely unappealing out of the box, but heats up nicely.

French toast and bacon.

A chocolate chip muffin and 2 cups of coffee.

My usual - a piece of fruit. Today a banana, sometimes an apple, pear or orange.

Same as most workdays: Coffee throughout the morning and an ounce of almonds at about 10:30.
I seldom feel like eating within a few hours of getting up.

Coffee, cantaloupe, fresh strawberries and an egg quesadilla made with diced chicken andouille, cheddar, green onion and white corn tortillas.

Homemade banana bread. (Minus the frieg egg, scootergirl!). I buy 5 lbs of bananas when they ripen to the 5 lbs/dollar stage, blend them to liquidy pulp in the blender, separate it into ziplocks and freeze them. I use Athena’s wonderful banana bread recipe, slice the loaf into 10 pieces when cool, then freeze them. I just grab one from the freezer on my way out of the house, toast it or zap it for 30 seconds in the office and poof cheap and easy breakfast! I also make batches of 3 dz ham and cheese rolls at a time and freeze them. I’m all about convenience in the morning.

I’m actually the same - I only eat breakfast when I know I can go back to bed if I want to
I’m not sure why but eating breakfast just knocks me out. Lunch and dinner don’t have that effect.

Orange juice, a banana, and two muffins (blueberry and banana) that I made myself.

A protein bar (eaten in my car) and coffee. I’m hoping to have something delicious tomorrow. Or at least something tasty to go with my delicious coffee.

My weekday usual: frozen mixed berries with plain lowfat yogurt, honey, and walnuts. And some granola mixed in when I get to work, after the berries have defrosted. Coffee on the train on the way to work, and then a cup of tea at work.

A pack of peanut butter crackers, a Tastykake krimpet, and a 32 oz. diet Dr. Pepper.
(while driving to work)

A small banana with two tablespoons of peanut butter. I’m not a morning person, so I don’t like breakfasts that require effort.
