My cousin on his third marriage told me the other day that what women want most is respect.
I think women want a lot of what men want, a blow job & someone to cook dinner for them now and then.

I can’t answer for all women but what I want is to be loved, worshipped and adored by all.
In the absence of that, I want to be appreciated and yes even rewarded for my intelligence, my passion for life, my integrity and my compassion.

Nocturne, what you want, I think, is what nearly everone wants when you get past all the BS, and seems to be about as easy to find as a compassionate meter-maid in Kansas City (I just received a $36.00 ticket, my third in as many months, so I’m a little bitter and am sorry if I offend any online meter-maids, who are truly lovely people). I wish us all luck.
SexyWriter is the only one who’s said anything sensible so far. Of course you can’t say what woman want most, except in the same general way you can say what humans want.
Try and specify about women and you’re likly to say something silly like:
It’s true?!? It’ll be a cold day in hell before I willingly settle for a foot rub and a Whitman’s Sampler over actual sex. Concievably there are women who would, but…Cal, who are these women you hang out with??
Well that’s certainly a first. 
Lots of weird stereotypes flying around here about women who don’t have sex as a priority, etc. I’d think you guys would know better than to generalize in this way.

Okay when I first became aware of this thread I admit I rolled my eyes and I was going to avoid it.
Guys, generalisations have their place - heck I indulge in them when I’m cheekily teasing or coming up with general theories - but at the end of the day we have a lot of differences.
Women will want different things at different times and each one’s desires and needs will have been moulded by so many factors it becomes quite elusive to the wide, thin blanket of generalisation.
Some like money, some like looks, some rate sex as important, others don’t. Heck some enjoy sex and some ENJOY it. Most find confidence attractive (ask me about my bastard theory sometime).
Women are so delightfully unique! Like snowflakes - general similarities and all grouped under one name but you could taste and study them all and never find two identical.

My point is that men and women want the same because we are the same when it comes to basic needs, wants and desires.

Oh, I don’t know about that. I can think of a few desires that should not only remain unexpressed but abolished from the human psyche if possible.
As to the OP: Women generally don’t want a guy who needs to have his parents co-sign a car lease for him. Girls might not care so much…
