I like mixing a little onion and soy/teryaki sauce into the meat occasionally, but I also like pure beef. If it is pure beef, I like a little mustard (Not a lot, just a touch!) provolone or American cheese, and a toasted bun. Bacon is also often a plus, as are onions.
I’ve tried to amend my carnivorous habit…yeah right, just drag that cow over here, its lunch time.
