As long as there’s enough hair to stroke, or to run my fingers through, I’m happy!
I have a huge fetish for ponytails, so I like it kinda longish on my women. Well, I would if I had any women.
Now accepting applications.
I like her to go down to the mid section of her back. I’d like it if it was straight, flat, and brunette.
Wear your hair like you want to. Totally
bald or waist length. Man or woman. I lived
through the Long Hair On Men hysteria of
the 60’s.
We had a discussion on this in my office. A
guy who wore the worst toupee you ever saw
in your life said “I hate long hair on men
cause it makes them look like faggots.” I
whispered to the woman sitting next to me
“Well, at least it’s their own hair.” She
laughed so hard I thought she would have
a stroke.
Wear it like to want to. Some men look great
with waist length hair; some women with very
short. Bald is preferable to bad toupees.
Short hair on men, definitely! The GQ type or even the shaved head, goatee, pierced eyebrow look. YUM!
Long hair on men gives me the impression of one of the following (not to say it’s true, it’s just the impression I get):
(1) Stuck in the 60’s aging flowerchild.
(2) Even worse, stuck in the 70’s. Think hair bands. Ewwww!
(3) Feminine. I like my men to be the MANLY MACHO HEMAN type.
(4) Too lazy/cheap to get a good hair cut.
(5) Trying to over-compensate for other areas. Growing the grass long because the tree is a twig.
(6) And by far the very worse - Fabio wannabees! :::shiver:::
I can not think of even one long haired man who I find attractive in real life or a celebrated.
I like long hair AND short hair. I actually prefer shorter hair on men overall, because it’s a lot nicer to run my fingers through. And I prefer long-ish…not VERY long, just, like, a bob…on women.
Mine’s been everywhere from mid-back to shaved. It used to curl in frizzy ringlets, but since my last kid was born the curl has almost entirely vanished. I’m pissed.
…short hair on women (to me) has to be a HUGE turn on…think Leslie Caron circa “An American in Paris”–pant, pant or Carrie Lowell in that Bond film…omigawd! or that singer Natalie Imbruglia (sp?)-ahooooo!
nape, kneck ear and jawline access is IMPERATIVE! (drool, snarf…) oooohhh, gottago!
I used to have hair below my waist until I made the mistake of dating a hairdresser. He cut my hair into a short little lesbian/parisian do that I loved for a couple of years until I decided I wanted something more feminine. All of his subsequent girlfriends have gotten the same damn cut.
On men, I prefer short hair. Only because they often seem unable to tend to the garden of their tresses.
I just love long hair on women. I know some people (my wife included) don’t have hair that favors that style. But, I have always loved large soft flowing curls. Grrrrr…
Once again, another reason why I don’t let heterosexual men cut my hair. Ever.
What about bald? On the right head, no hair at all can look very sexy. When a man is going bald he should either shave it all off or keep it really really short. Why do so many of them insist on the greasy comb-over?
I’m only going to consider women here.
I think it depends on location. For instance, Armpits. I like them shaved. The pubic area gets a nice trim, and the navel and chest should be bare, if peach-fuzzy at all down the Happpy Trail.
On the head, I prefer long hair. Except for on the face, where I would prefer none save for eyebrows and eyelashes, but I can deal quite happily with a little peach fuzz. It can be cute.
Legs must be shaven. If fine enough, the upper thighs may be left unshaven, so that the sunlight shows off the fine, fine hairs when in a revealing bikini.
Toe hair should be shorn or plucked.
That pretty much covers it
Mostly I like long hair, but on some women, short hair looks great! And when short hair -does- look good yow! Anniz- you started this thread, what do you think?
I said “For me it doesn’t matter if the guy have long or short hair.
Some suits in long and some in short.”
Let me guess, you have short and dark hair?
I have lightish brown hair, which varys in length depending on when my last haircut was (usually fairly short though). It seems we think alike on this one- it depends on the person.
I am a man, and have what some woudld call a mullet cut. My hair is very healthy and very thick. If it were thin or unhealthy, I could not pull it off. I have gotten numerous comments from ladies who normally don’t like long hair that are like this: " I normally don’t like guys with long hair, but that looks great." Usually coming from a total stranger, at that.
As for my personal preferences. On women, it all depends on the person. I have friends who have long hair that really flatters them, but I know ladies who are stunning with very short hair, too.
For men, whatever floats your boat…I am busy being a single guy and flirting with the ladies. (innocently, of course…)
