Birthday cake is sponge cake (or angel food cake?) with strawberries and cream. Though meringues would also be good. Hmm.

Oh, man, we have one of those pressurized whip cream makers. It is the bestest appliance ever. My second favorite is strawberries and whipped cream for breakfast. My first favorite is just whipped cream on my finger any time I want it, swoon It is good to be old sometimes. :cool:
