Hickory smoked terriaki beef jerky.

A bit tough to bite into and hard to swallow without a lot of work but a wonderful flavor and variety that keeps you coming back for more. Definatly worth the work.

A few allspice berries, a few chili peppers, some thyme…Jamaican Jerk, ya mon!
