Absolutely. It’s located in a dusty corner of the internet, right next to the sites devoted to teaching Eskimos how to make ice and old men how to grow hair in their ears.
Oh please. Plenty of men complain about women being not to their satisfactory standards of attractiveness all the time. Well guess what, I’ll bet there are some techniques possible so that if you use them you are suddenly not too young/too old/too fat/too skinny to be attractive.
Of course, the real answer is that like women, there are different things that turn men on. If all you care about is a quick shag, sure, play the percentages, (and not saying that just because you belong to one sex that you are after one or the other, again there are instances of seekers of both in both sexes,) but if you pretend to be something you’re not you won’t be happy in a long term relationship.

The Eighties book "the Rules"come to mind.
It’s a book that teaches women how to get a guy they are having an relationship with, to marry them. So that would be the equivalent of a guy seducing a woman.
The book has been extensively discussed on SDMB, and it was mostly bashed.
