I keep geting emails from an investment advisor, who keeps telling me about the (alleged) wonders of a House Bill/Law (HR3221). It promises all kinds of incme, as aprt of Obama’s stimulus plan.
Is this thing the road to riches?
Or s it another scam?
What are they promising exactly?
