Cottonelle, Northern or the supermarket brand, double roll. Whichever is on special with the supermarket card.
This is exactly my feeling on the subject.
Cottonelle Ultra. Occasionally the spouse buys something else and it’s no good until we get the Cottonelle back in stock.
Cottonelle Ultra has been given rigorous testing under the most brutal circumstances and stood its ground, without even irritating the skin, so it deserves the gold.
Cottonelle Double roll. Mom and daughter buy the Charmin, but I think it is way too thick.
Walgreen’s Big Roll. Single-ply and 1,000 sheets. I wish I knew who makes it for them.
Similar to Scott, but a smidge softer. I bought some on the way home once in a pinch instead of going to the grocery store and now I’ll go to Walgreens just for the toilet paper. 4 for $3.
Charmin Basic is Orange. It’s the best, and believe you me, I’ve tried them all.
It’s strong and soft - but not so soft that it comes apart. And not so strong that you’re wiping a pillow across your ass.
Buy a pack. I almost wish I could give you a money-back guarantee if you don’t like it cause it’s so good.
Charmin - the red kind. I was a Quilted Northern girl my whole childhood, but recently switched to Charmin. They’ve improved something, because I don’t get any pilling on my girly bits, even when stubbly.
Another vote for the Charmin “red” in the Mega Roll pack.
It doesn’t leave massive dingleberries and it also puts out less lint into the bathroom. Mega Roll means you’re not changing the roll twice a day either.
The kind that is in the dispenser and lasts long enough to make sure the job is done. Beats the alternative.
Unless you like digging through your wallet for ATM reciepts.
“$3 ATM fee…!? Take that, Citibank…!”
Charmin Ultra Soft. And I’m not just saying that because my father-in-law makes it.
But if you like it stronger, the Ultra Strong (red pack) is also very good without being sandpaper.
Scott or the Kroger brand. Some of the other stuff causes an embarrassing itch.
Scott. I absolutely hate TP that lints or pills. Ugh! It’s soft enough and strong enough, and it’s the cheapest if you get the 20-pack on sale.
I know what you mean about waiting for sales. When did touilet paper get so expensive? It was cheap for a long time and then bam it was a dollar a roll!
Cottonelle or Angel Soft, whichever is on the best sale when we need it.
Anything softer than the crap at public toilets. That stuff really chaps my hide.
Zewa, without a doubt. It’s strong, soft and doesn’t shred upon contact. We use far less of it than we ever did with American brands. And it smells like apricots! We get it at the Tesco here. I don’t know if it’s sold in the US, but it should be. It’s wonderful!
Pine cones.
