I’m moving to China in August and my family(who will be in the U.S.) wants to create a web site so I can see family photos and download other things they store on there.
What place allows you the most online storage and is fairly easy to use? We have Microsoft Frontpage 2000 and it would be nice if it is compatible with that.

I’m a firm believer in Conversant, but if you’re looking for something where you can throw a page together with the Tool of Satan 2000, and then upload it…well, it’s not Conversant I’d recommend.
In the past I used spaceports.com. It was free and you could get a decent amount of space. I think like most others your page will produce pop-up ads. It was easy to use and seemed reliable. I haven’t used them in a couple years though, but they still seem to be going strong.
