The song is “Dragostea din Tei” by O-zone. I believe it’s in Romanian.

Everything you’d ever want to know about Numa Numa-
Numa Numa is the Americanized name of the song popularized by the infamous song of Gary Bromau (or something like that) dancing and lip-syncing. It comes from the chorus of the song, where the Romanian goes, “Nu ma, nu ma iei.”
The original name of the song was, as riker1384 said, Dragostea Din Tei. In Romanian, it means: “Love from the Linden trees.” It was originally written and performed by O-Zone, though Haiducii (another Romanian band - translation of the name is “Outlaws” I believe) has performed it with permission from O-zone.
Really, the song is nothing more than a sugarcoated pop song if you know the translation.
The lyrics are as follows (First in Romanian, then English. I’m working from memory, so the translation may be a tad off):

I’m not all that fluent in Romanian. It’s a catchy tune, but it’s still bubblegum pop.
