Nope, in fact, they have a hard time turning a corner at speed. But for all its lack of performance, I just love the Weinermobile. I haven’t seen one since I used to volunteer at Trans-Am series races in downtown Des Moine in the 90s.

If I recall the story right, one of them crashed into the garage of a home in Wisconsin several years ago. I don’t know what got hurt worse, the wiener or the garage.
