What is Watchdognews dor org?

Here is a link to a ridiculous story associating Bill and Hillary Clinton with the death of the director of the B&H Clinton airport in Little Rock. The guy was killed when he fired on ATF guys breaking down the door of his house. The article says he was killed at the airport.
Is watch dog news some Onion wannabe? Why the heck are they emailing stories to me, a harmless Democrat?

I’ve gotten similar random e-mails a few times over the past year or two, from some right-wing “news” site I’ve never heard of, with links to breathless, bullshit MAGA-ish stories about Biden, Hillary, Obama, and other horrible liberals. I’d certainly never signed up for those emails, and I have to guess they harvested my email address from somewhere or other, or bought a mailing list. (For the record, I’m a bleeding-heart liberal. )

The few that have made it past my spam filter get reclassified as spam, and deleted.

At the bottom of their “About” page is the statement “Watchdog News is owned and operated by Political News.”. Wiki has got nothing on a group called “Political News”, and googling it is next to useless.
Watchdog News seems to be a combination of news and editorials designed specifically to draw conservative views.

Also, Media Bias Fact Check has absolutely nothing on “Watch Dog News” or “Political News”.

The big question here is if this was a no-knock raid where the individual thought it was a home invasion.

Bryan Malinowski, the 53-year-old executive director of the Clinton National Airport in Little Rock, Arkansas, died two days after exchanging gunfire with ATF agents who raided his home at 6 a.m. Tuesday morning. His death raises questions about whether he knew he was trading gunfire with federal agents, or if he thought their no-knock raid was a home invasion.

Note it happened at 6 am–but sunrise is at 7 am.

So can someone find a reputable news source which has the details?

There are reputable sources that have the story but I haven’t seen much by way of details. I haven’t seen confirmation it was a no knock warrant or what it was for.

Arkansas democrat gazette has a decent article on it. The affidavit is "heavily redacted’ so I don’t what you can glean from that.

His wife was present, and I’ve been waiting for a statement from her. None so far.
His brother has pointed out that it would have been much easier, and no gunfire would be exchanged, if they had arrested him at his office.
He was buying firearms and reselling them at gun shows. Illegally given that there were many and he had no license to resell them.

I would think they yelled “ATF! ATF!” and began breaking down the door. I would also think that the door being broken in was what awakened him. LRPD was present, for what that is worth.

I thought the big question was “What is Watchdog News?”.

Be careful of how you write it. Watchdog.org redirects to thecentersquare.com, which says it was created to congregate statehouse news. A great goal, although their page seems to skew right. Nothing like the madness of watchdognews, but I wouldn’t go there for news about the wonderfulness of Democrats.

Well, yeah. But Things Happened.
We digressed.

I can’t imagine that law enforcement would jump the gun and just burst into someone’s house! /heavy sarcasm

Watchdognews sounds rightwing just by the name, but that’s likely my own biases talking.

I share the same bias.
My thought, influenced by the Vietnam war when I was eighteen, leads me to the thought that the ATF gets off on breaking down doors and shooting people.
dammit.
