What is your favorite french fry shape?

As skinny and crispy as possible. I hate steak fries.

Haj

waffle cut and shoe string are my favorites. I was big into curly fries as a kid, but I don’t really care for them anymore. Also, kinda off topic, but no hamburger is complete without fries on it. I rarely find others that like it that way, but almost everyone who does is fanatical about it to the point where they won’t eat a burger without them.

5-HT, do you mean fries in the burger?

Primanti Brothers is one of the few Pittsburgh landmarks that hasn’t disappeared since I moved away. They serve hot sandwiches with fresh-cut fries between the top layer of meat and the top slice of bread. You can order them separately, of course. (I wonder why no one else has ever done that?)

Seasoned curly fries. They sell them in the school cafeteria sometimes…sooooo good. They’re really greasy, though.

Thin and crunchy, or curly and greasy.

Mmmmmmm…

Amen, brother! Them’s some damn fine fries. Chick-fil-a is the king of fast food chicken, as well!

absolutely. It only makes sense, I like fries with my burger so why wouldn’t I like them on the burger. now if you’ll excuse me, I need to go to Pittsburgh.

Curly
Crinkle
Shoelace (aka Mickey Dees)
Waffle fries (don’t tell me you forgot about waffle fries!)
Steak Cut w/ skins

CRINKLE cut.

Tater Tots… for you Tater Tot lovers… if you haven’t done this already …

  • Fry the Tater Tots in oil and ADD some BACON GREASE… they taste sooooo much better!!!

Also for some reason the KROGER grocery store brand Tater Tots taste much much better than the name brand…

Wedges. (Do they count as french fries?)

Yeah, big fat ones with lots of ketchup and pepper. Mmmm-m-mmm!

Tell 'em I sent ya!

i had waffle cut fries tonight at the only place in town that serves em! they are the best.

      • Waffle preferrably, skinless, DEFINITELY! Leaving the skins on was simply a cost-saving measure, and a rather dusgusting one at that. If they gave you the steak with the skin still on, you’d probably get up and leave the place.

Shape? Mobius strip.

I like any fries though I lean towards thin and crunchy, depends on my mood. But they must be FRESH!

At Legoland in Denmark, the kids’ meals come with Lego-shaped fries

Are they carved that way, the way waffle fries are? Or are they reconstituted potato that was squished into a Lego mold?

I’m not sure, Rilchiam. My sons have never let me eat any!

Shame on them!

But good on you for not simply helping yourself, as some people would do [sub]picklenappers[/sub].
