I use cow milk, but only in powder form, no-fat. which I pour onto my raisin bran and then add water, blueberries, Fruit Bits, chopped dates. Doesn’t spoil, and is cheaper than wet milk.
I love love love cow’s milk, and I prefer skim. This thread is making me seriously thirsty.
Unfortunately, I think I’m developing lactose intolerance. While I still do fine with cheese and even ice cream, I am pretty sure straight-up milk is not doing it for me anymore.
So, I’ve switched to soy, which I am not fond of at all. I buy a half gallon of it every few months or so to put on some cereal. I get the kind with the omega fatty acids or whatever so I at least feel like there’s a benefit for having to consume the stuff.
