Given the typical attrition rate of NFL QBs, to say nothing of those playing behind the Cardinals’ line, and the fragility of Mr. Warner, I’d advise him to be a good soldier and be prepared to come in at a moment’s notice.
Warner does tend to get injured often. Also, I haven’t forgotten his fumble-itis from 2006, either.
Still, QB by committee doesn’t seem like a solution to get the Cards to the Super Bowl.

Wait until week 4, by which time Kurt will either be injured or will have turned it over 15 times, and give him back his job.
If he doesn’t perform this year you cut him.

LOL, we play the Jets in week 4. That’s one of the games I’m most looking forward to as the Cards defense will eat Favre alive.
Weeks 1 and 2 are easy for the Cards with wins against San Francisco and Miami. Week 3 is a bitch with a trip to the East against the Redskins.
You can imagine the conversation on this topic over on the Cardinals fan boards. Finally something to end the “Trade Boldin” talk.

Speaking of which, we’ll take Boldin and Leinart off your hands for a first-rounder. It’d be a 1st and a 4th for just Boldin, but I figure this way you take less of a cap hit overall
The Cards have their last preseason game on Friday. If Leinart wants to earn the job, he got one last shot. I’m sure he won’t see many starters from the Broncos.

There is always the possibility that every other team except the Raiders will forfeit all their games due to Ebola or something.
In a Cards-Raiders Superbowl I think you’d have to say that the Cards are a prohibitive favorite.

Or if they play the Bears they can have the first Super Bowl with no viable starting QB’s!

I’d say it is time for the First Annual Arizona Cardinals March to the Super Bowl thread.

It’d be appropriate considering how many former Steelers are on your roster. I like Russ Grimm, I was hoping we could keep him as our o-line coach. As a non-Cardinals fan I have to ask why do people want them to trade Boldin? From what I’ve seen he’s gritty, tough, sure-handed - I’d take him aboard any day. I also like Antrel Rolle, though he doesn’t seem to be a good fit at corner - any time you want to ship him to Pittsburgh I think he’d look great as a safety in Black & Gold
We don’t want to trade Boldin. Unfortunately, his contract whining is proving to be a huge distraction right now. If the Eagles are willing to part with Lito Sheppard, that might work in a deal to help both teams.
Rolle has his chance to redeem himself from the bust label at safety. I certainly hope he does.
Warner will start against Denver. Still no official word yet about who will start the season. There are lots of Warner supporters on the Cards fan boards, but they seem to forget the 2006 fumble itis.

Some guys whine, and some guys truly deserve to get paid. Boldin is most certainly in the latter.
Boldin will get his money. No one talks about the Cards as a team with yearly salary cap problems. Rosenscum figured if he can’t make his money with Chad Johnson, maybe he can make it with Boldin.
Boldin had his deal renegotiated after his rookie year. After the Cards make the playoffs this year, we will give him some money.
