A would be a bit odd, B would be understandable, C would seem fitting for an erratic person.
Probably not the norm, isn’t it usually the other way around, as in, someone sharing pictures of their ex?

My ex wife did the same crap to me, except she sent me the picture. Now what would I want with that? If I wanted a naked ex I would have stayed.
Since she seems to consider it normal for couples to take nude and erotic pictures when they’re together, and since you two were unable to do so because of the lack of a digital camera, she was just balancing the karma by giving you what you deserved but missed out on before.
