What were the last three sandwiches you ate?

Yesterday’s dinner: Turkey on really good wheat bread, with mayonnaise, Tillamook habanero jack, lettuce, tomato, and alfalfa sprouts.

Yesterday’s lunch: Bologna and lettuce with mayo on cheap wheat bread.

Yesterday’s breakfast: A bacon cheeseburger from the gas station. (A burger is technically a sandwich. If you don’t accept that, then I had a bologna and lettuce with mayo on cheap wheat bread for Thursday’s lunch.)

Turkey.

Turkey and ham.

Turkey.

All from Subway. (It’s close to work)

Reuben, Reuben, Reuben. (I realized I had a big jar of sauerkraut, and recently bought rye bread and Thousand Island dressing and deli meat for to whittle it down.)

PBJ, chunky with boysenberry jam (specially imported to the boysen-free northeast).

Plain boloney. (with a bowl of chili).

Grilled chicken on naan with yogurt/sour cream sauce.

Excellent! We like Reubens, but Mrs. L.A. complains I make them too big. I understand the words individually, but not when she puts them in that order.

PB & sliced banana

Fakon (soy “bacon”) lettuce and tomato

another FLT, unless a soy hotdog w/cheese counts as a sandwich

All of the above on whole wheat

Cream cheese with olives on an English muffin
Canadian bacon and smoked gouda on an English muffin
McDonald’s lobster roll

You do realize that “reuben” is a 70s-ish term for, uh, being premature?

Yesterday: Tomato and mayo, and peanut butter and molasses. This morning: bacon and tomato biscuit.

Yesterday’s dinner: A salami sub
Yesterday’s lunch: Baloney and American singles
Thursday’s dinner: A McChicken

Haven’t done a ton of sandwiches lately, but:

Grilled ham & cheese, courtesy of myself.

Brian Allen and Classic courtesy of Star Meats in Berkeley.

Scrambled egg, tuna salad, salami.

Homemade Italian beef panini’d on a ciabata bun.

Spicy Italian sausage with mushrooms and whole garlic cloves and onions cooked in the pan juice and sliced banana peppers on top on a sesame bun.

Rice cooker chicken thighs in barbecue sauce on dinner rolls.

A hamburger sandwich
An Italian sausage sandwich
A Big sandwich (not the whole thing, but more of it than any normal sandwich would be)

Tea-time this afternoon: one egg salad, one ham and tomato, one grated cheese and pimento.

PBJ, Grilled Cheese, Grilled Cheese.

This morning, smoked turkey and American cheese on toast.

Last evening, steak tartare on toast points with capers and pickled onions at a wine and cheese restaurant.

Before that, a BLT with extra bacon.

To itemize my last 3 sandwiches, I’d have to go back 2 months. So don’t recall at all. Something with meat, avocado, no tomatoes.

It’s been quite a little bit, but the last three were probably all BLTs.

Haha, I just bought a package of bologna and a loaf of white bread because I had a sudden craving for the bologna sandwiches of my youth. Just bread, mayo and bologna. So far I’ve had one for my last two lunches and yesterday I also had one for breakfast.

I plan to eat one whenever I feel like it until the bologna is gone.

My more upscale sandwich before the bologna binge was pastrami, smoked gouda and hot mustard on Asiago cheese bread.
