Tuna melt on rye with cheese cooked in the George Forman grill.
Margerine on the bread of course.

The fabulous artery-cloggin’ MONTE CRISTO !
Oh, and can’t forget…anything from Schlotzky’s.
(I swear, I don’t know why there aren’t as many Schlotzky’s as there are Starbucks. An excellent product, and I’ve never been in a down-at-the heels store, like you find at so many chains.)
I’ll see your hardening arteries and raise you a triple-decker grilled reuben.
Can’t get enough pastrami lately.
1 slice of very ripe tomato, mayonnaise, salt and pepper between 2 slices of white bread.
Yummmmm
Ham and swiss on rye with coleslaw and Russian Dressing.
Hey, it’s worth having to shower afterwards.
Grille tuna and cheese using Poulsbo bread. Add a bowl of tomato soup to dunk it in and I am in heaven.
My experiences with Schlotzky’s have been, shall I say, less than what I expected.
Give me a Subway sammich any day. Particularly extra turkey on Monterey Cheddar bread with just a little bit of lettuce, american cheese, and mayo. Yum!
(I know this is going to be unpopular, but since you asked) Liverwurst, sliced thick, on very fresh whole wheat bread, with a slight amount of yellow or brown mustard. I used to prefer very fresh white bread, but since I’ve given up white flour, I’ve found that using whole wheat gets very good results. I think I’ll go have lunch. . .
Genuine Philly cheesesteak, onions, Whiz (or provolone if the shop doesn’t have Cheez Whiz, but I ask you, what kind of Philly cheesesteak shop doesn’t? ).
A close second favorite is a ham and turkey breast sub. Depends on how much I want to clog my arteries today, I guess.
Tied for first:
> Crisp bacon, really good tomato slices, on toasted Pepperage Farm bread with mayonaise.
> The same as the above, but with mounds of watercress instead of the tomato slices.
Runner up:
> Sliced ham and turkey with tomato slices on toasted rye bread with Russian Dressing.
Chicken salad.

What is “cheeze whiz?”
Arby’s roast beef and cheddar with sauce, pickle, and onion. Also like Steak n Shakes cheeseburger with mustard, pickle, and onion. Then, of course, there’s good ole peanut butter and jellly.
Peanut butter and jelly on white, with the crusts cut off… yum!
ok, I’m lying.
flodnak, you da man!
It’s impossible for me to choose a favorite since I have so many that I like. I tend to favor anything involving bacon and cheese though. Hehee
A corned beef on rye from The Carnegie Deli.
At 2 in the A.M., I might just settle for a fried-egg and tomato sandwich from some cheezy diner in the South, as long as the waitress snaps her gum while taking our order.
Turkey club from the Amish restaurant at the Reading Terminal in Philly. Pure heaven.
Check this out. It will tell you all about fake cheese.
