That is not at all the metaphorical meaning of “wheelhouse”.
“The rapping industry”? There is indeed such a thing as “rap”, and a “rap music industry”, but the only “rapping” that should ever be spoken about is in this context:
Once upon a midnight dreary,
while I pondered, weak and weary,
Over many a quaint and curious volume of forgotten lore—
While I nodded, nearly napping,
suddenly there came a tapping,
As of some one gently rapping,
rapping at my chamber door.
Its ranks – its!! “It’s” is a contraction of “it is”.
One can, in moments of leisure, pass the time. But any purported organized activity that helps pass the time is a “pastime”.
