I think it does work. But I admit to lack of evidence AKA you may be correct!
My evidence-free thinking is that Trump needed to put out the idea that, when it comes to the indictments, there can be honest disagreements on the facts. But Trump wouldn’t want to get into too much detail there since the more carefully one looks at the evidence, the worse he looks.
In a few weeks, all that will be recalled, by the voters he needs to appeal to, is that Trump got indicted, but there are two sides to the story, and maybe Biden’s not pristine either. So the classic Trump technique was, although not any kind of chess, clever enough to keep him in the game.
Why won’t Jack Smith let Trump present his reported evidence in court? What is he hiding? We have many experts willing to testify. And it will only take about four months to get them into court and the whole list of evidence out.
I think how it works, is that Trump had irrefutable proof already on election night. After all, he declared confidently that he had won the election, at a point where the vote counts were saying the opposite.
But he vowed that night not to present any of that proof until 21st August 2023.
And now his lawyers have told him that’s rushing things – it’s not even 3 years since the election yet. He should do it on the same day as the storm.
I’ve been waiting three years to find out how Biden and the demoncrats did it, that they did it so masterfuly and so skillfully that it has taken Trump, tha smartest man alive, all this time to figure it out! And it’s unbeleivable that those demoncrats never waivered and no one involved ever cracked all this time. Amazing! But, today’s the day where the great wrong will be righted for all to see! You’ll see - beleive me!
No one ever went broke underestimating the intelligence of the American public.

Until he foments a riot on the day they’re counting the Electoral College votes, then continues the beat the lies, all lies drum for 3+ years I’ll take Biden’s unpristiness over Trump’s, or anyone in his party for that matter.
I suspected mass resignation threats among his throngs of lawyers were the cause of his retraction. The vision of having to hire another army who have wised up to his “pay you later” grift was too daunting even for Mr. Oranganus.
Canada seems to have many companies named “four seasons landscaping”. And quite a few food courts. I’m sure each eagerly awaits the forthcoming media scrum and release of the REPORT.
