OMG! I’ve heard about people like you! Wasn’t that a superbad unlucky year, so birth rates dropped WAY the hell down? Yeah yeah, and hubby-eaters to boot. Awesome!
Here’s an article about fire horses. Basically they bring bad luck on their family, meaning that many women of my age were unable to marry. It is still quite believed in here in Japan.
I’m a wooden tiger. Beats paper, I guess.
Metal pig. \m/
Apparently I’m a Fire Dragon. I’ve never seen a more accurate description of everything I’m not
Interesting, descriptions actually sound a little like us…I’m a Water Tiger married to a Metal Rat. Our first born is a Fire Rat and our second born is an Earth Tiger.
nm. ram=sheep. Duh.
I love that wherever the OP got the translation for is the western-acceptable “Ram”… As noted, it’s actually 羊 - “yang” or “yeung”, which means “goat” or “sheep” and is gender neutral.
I’m a fire goat. Fear my blazing butt.
Fire Rooster.
I’m another female horse, but wood. Heh. Very Trojan.
Yang Metal Dog
Metal Monkey
Dragon with Wood. I’m married to a Wood Snake too so life is good.
I had to check Year of the Snake - Chinese Zodiac Snake to be sure what my critter was. I used to know this maybe 20-30 years ago. I even had one of those Chinese restaurant placemats that had all the years on it, but wherever I put it is a mystery.
I’m a Metal Monkey.
I don’t fit the descriptions for that sign at all.
Earth Horse. Married to a Fire Dragon. No idea what that means.
Wood Dragon: married to a Earth Monkey. Son is Earth Tiger: daughter is Earth Rabbit. Hmmm. Suddenly I feel un-Earthly.
I’m a wood rabbit, and mated to a fire dragon. We’re not one of the pairs that are supposed to match up, but we’re not one of the pairs that aren’t supposed to either, and I rather think we complement each other well.
Metal monkey. Rock on!
Fire Snake… (that’s what she said)
