I accomplished a lot today, including washing Gordie’s towels. Which caused him to lose his Skittles.

And the pot roast has been cooked and put in the fridge (neither of us was hungry enough to have any at this point, but it reheats quite well). We should be able to easily scrape up dinners for the week at this point.

In PANTS this time, not just a bathrobe with nuthin’ underneath (bit too cold for that, now) but I had a gnawin’ and a cravin’ for mashed potatoes’n’gravy that couldn’t be tamed. Also, fried chicken.
Now I’m chilling with some aged cheese & marmalade and the tail end of my evening doobie-joint, half-watching VH1 “I Love The …” on YouTube while working a cross-stitch.
You know them? “I Love The 70s … (deep bass voice) 1972” etc.
If you’ve never seen the TV shows, I encourage you to pick a year that makes you nostalgic, and dive in. They did an episode for every year of the 70s, 80s, 90s … and I think they did the 2000s?
Here, I’ll get you started. Hearken back to a time of godawful hair & fantastic music.

Nut sorry to hear about the aunt’s diagnosis. I hope the husband will be persuaded that life as a lump is no longer in his future (or his present).
