Last time I remember seeing her was at the beginning of, I think it was “Family”. Anyhoo, it was fairly early on in Season 5 of BtVS, and I haven’t seen or heard from her since.
What happened to her? Did Tara get caught with her in the dorm and have to find a new home for her? Did she go off on a quest for the meaning of life? Did Spike eat her? (nah.)
I thought that kitty was going to be a major recurring character on the show.
Will she be revea;ed as TETDITB? Is she the unknown force that’s tormenting Spike?
Miss Kitty Fantastico was still around through all of season 5 and most of season six. How ever, like many cats, she is very jumpy around magic, and so she spent most of her time cowering under the bed. Or under the bureau, when the bed was moving around too much. For whatever reason.
When Tara moved out, she would have taken Miss Kitty F. with her, worried that in her state of magic-induced insanity, Willow would forget to feed her or change the litter.
When Tara decided she couldn’t bear life without Willow, she did a Major Spell. Her will was that she would spend the rest of her life with Willow. Alas, like Spike, she never learned that it is important to phrase your wishes very, very carefully. She was sorry to have to sacrifice Miss Kitty Fantastic to produce the final ingredient to the spell, but felt it was worth a sacrifice to be reunited with her soulmate.
Naturally, like Willow with the fawn, she never told anyone. Instead, she claimed that Miss Kitty had wandered out of an open window and never come back.
Actually, I missed that episode, pepperlandgirl. I didn’t start watching first run Buffy until “Seeing Red”, and UPN didnt show all the episodes during the summer… (Missed “Life Serial” in the reruns, BTW.)
Actually, I would have liked to have seen more Spike/Clem interaction. What little I saw of the two of them seemed like a very warm, touching friendship.
