Arby’s run! Beef and cheddars, curly fries, Jamocha shake. A guilty pleasure.
We are going to get some ahi tuna, cabbage slaw, sriracha, avocado, pico de gallo, etc. and whomp together some kind of fish-taco mess. It’s gonna be great.
For a light dinner tonight I made tortilla (the Spanish dish, not the Mexican) with salad using this recipe.
My first ever tortilla. Looked exactly like it should, tasted fine - just ever so slightly bland. Mrs Trep observed that every tortilla she ever had was, well, fine but ever so slightly bland also. I thought maybe the slightest hint of of garlic, or nutmeg, or paprika might help (Mary Berry sacrilege warning!).
Any suggestions?

Last night, risotto with parmesan, andouille, and spinach. I am going to shoehorn some more veggies into our diet by hook or by crook! (although you’d think it might require an actual shoehorn)
