Posters like it, it does no harm, I can’t think of any reason to close it.
Maybe change the title so that it doesn’t reference a specific year? Like ‘What’s For Dinner Tonight?’
We’ve had that before. Nobody else minds the title.

I’ve started threads that I think have timed out, and I’ve asked for them to be closed. It’s just weird seeing 2021 coming up every time.
I’m OK with the thread staying open, but I think the date is… out of date.
Strangely I think it gives it character.
I actually thought I was supposed to somehow recall what I ate in 2021 when I originally saw this so I did not respond. I may have eventually made one entry if I recall.
It is a bit of an odd title for the casual or newer user.
But I am not a foodie so I don’t contribute there regularly anyways.
Someone already tried starting a new thread a couple of years ago with an updated year and title, and it failed to take off. Whereas this one, like the Energizer bunny, just keeps going and going. Everyone kept coming back to it. Why mess with success? Plus, the existing thread with its snappy name is a repository of dinner ideas and even recipes!

Christ I’m dense. In the myriad times I’ve seen the thread title, not once did I grok the 2021 refers to the year. My mind always read it some arbitrary large number.
Yeah, that’s right - that’s the ticket!
~2000 days is ~6 years.
So from the OP year 2021 to now year 2024 we’re only about halfway to daily dinner Ep2021 that should come up in the year 2027.
Putting that into a meal context, we’ve only just finished the soup course and are awaiting the amuse bouche then the entrée.
Conclusion: the thread is far from cold or stale.
