Syrian Stew tonight, Musta Been ok, Mr Janis took the leftovers to work!

Hamburger on the grill. Yum!

I subscribed to Pioneer Woman’s email newsletter. May 2 included the awesome-sounding Knock You Naked brownies.

The kids have been New York Asian Escort clamoring for “breakfast for dinner” - their favorite, and a big time-saver for me - so I finally gave in tonight: Pancakes, eggs, cheese New York Escort grits, bacon, and fresh fruit. New York Asian Escorts Quick and easy, but terrible New York Escorts fat- and calorie-wise, so we don’t do it too often.
The current forecast is calling for cold and wet and messy and icy, so tomorrow will probably be soup or pot roast. Any great soup recipes? (Kid-friendly a plus - they aren’t picky, but the 10-year-old isn’t exactly an adventurous eater.)

Long, busy day yesterday, so I went simple: beefaroni. Today is even longer and busier, if you can believe it! So I going even simpler: grilled cheese sandwiches and tomato soup.

That stir-fry was good, but it could have been crisper with a wok. Still, it’ll make the weekly rotation or every other week at least.

Tonight is quarter wing night

Well, I knew today was going to be long and busy, but I had no idea that it was going to turn into the cluster-fuck it turned into! So dinner ended up being KFC!

Sounds interesting - care to share the details?

Locally-smoked salmon on a toasted bagel with cream cheese, red onion, and Swiss cheese, and toasted. Also ‘secret soup’. (I’ll find out when I taste it.)

SCARF!

Yum.

Sure. Start with some minced garlic, and satue in butter/margarine. cook your chicken a bit till it’s sorta browned but not done. remove chicken and add 1 can tomato paste, 1 1/2 teaspoon cinnimon, and 1-2 C water. stir well, add salt and pepper to taste, then put your chicken back in along with some potatoes and/or vegatable, and simmer til done.. (keep in mind measurements are approximate. I always just eyeball it!!) If you are making stew, use bonless chicken and add extra water.

This looks great! The only change I would make to it is I would use stock instead of water; stock in a box would be fine, it just adds an extra layer of flavor.

If you make it, norinew, let me know how it turns out! I’m always curious when I share a recipie!

pulled pork & veggie version of a shep’s pie. It’s a great way to use extra barbecue meat. It freezes well in individual servings.

A scramble of: eggs, tuna, green onions, garlic, mixed veggies and chardonnay with a side of salsa and a salad. Oh, and Chardonnay to drink…natch!

Kimchi jjigae for now and a frozen pizza later.

Recipe?

My middle daughter’s fave: roasted turkey breast, mashed potatoes, gravy, steamed corn, cranberry sauce.

Fajitas last night, stir fry tonight.
